Objective

This award celebrates organisations that champion Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) while promoting employee wellbeing and a positive workplace culture. It recognises initiatives that support a sense of belonging, embrace diverse perspectives – including neurodivergence, disabilities, and sexual orientation, and create equal opportunities for all. 3. How does your organisation embrace and support diverse perspectives, including neurodivergence, disabilities, and sexual orientation? Provide examples of how these efforts have impacted employees or the community.
  4. What measures do you use to evaluate the success of your EDI and wellbeing initiatives? How have these initiatives improved employee engagement, satisfaction, or retention?
