Entry Tips for Success

  1. Start Early
Don’t underestimate how long it takes to complete your entry. Give yourself ample time to gather information and avoid leaving it until the last minute.
  2. Read the Category Descriptions
Judges can only mark you on the information provided in your entry. Ensure you fully understand the category criteria and include all relevant details.
  3. Choose the Right Category
Carefully review the category descriptions and criteria. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance. You can enter up to three categories, but remember that each will have different questions, so tailor your answers accordingly.
  4. Evidence Your Results
Support your claims with evidence – include facts, metrics, figures, testimonials, and even images. These will help judges assess the impact and credibility of your application.
  5. Make Your Entry Memorable
With so many entries to review, make yours stand out. Highlight your passion and ensure judges can clearly envision the people and story behind your business.
  6. Watch Your Spelling and Grammar
Proofread your entry before submitting. Avoid jargon, acronyms, and unnecessary wording that may confuse the judges. Clear and concise language is key.
  7. Pay Attention to Word Count
Aim for a maximum of 400 words per question. Focus on the most relevant information. If you feel the word limit is too restrictive, you can upload additional supporting materials, such as excerpts from marketing materials or reports.
